Power Walk

I am walking about 4 miles a day. Walking, not jogging, not running... just fast walking. I suck at sports but I am hoping this will *somehow* help me lose weight.

Any thoughts? :)

Walkings really good for you, I love it :) it's easy to fit in and you can do it in any weather too :) you could try doing intervals, so run so far then walk so far and repeat, to improve your running :) you could set goals (like lamp posts) you can see to run to and then walk after that until your next marker where you start running, that way you can make the goals further apart to challenge yourself :)
