Plans plans plans

Okay, so some of you have asked me for how long I am thinking about going without food (aka fasting). My plan is to fast until Easter, which is this Sunday. That would be 4 days of fasting

Has anyone here done that in the past? If so, can you please share your experience? How was it, besides the obvious? I am used to muscle pain and feeling cold, but is there something else I should know?

  1. I'm pretty good at fasting. It used to help me to fast for multiple days in a row, but pretty much nothing helps me anymore. Everyone is different. When I first started fasting, I think I lost 7 lbs in 5 days? I dunno. It was pretty decent, at first. I don't fast anymore though, because it doesn't do too much. You probably already know about gray outs, so that's pretty much it.

  2. I tend to fast quite alot, my last half decent one was about 5 days. The key is water, bucketfulls of it. I always find that the first day is easy enough, by lunch time on the second day your body is freaking out and telling you you need food, ignore it, find something to distract you, make plans to go out, anything. Day 3 like Mags said you'll get grey outs and lightheaded and achey but nothing thats too hard to handle and the 4th day is a pure endurence test. Remember when you do eat tho, no matter wot happens, dont binge! Your body will be storing all the energy it can get hold of so anything you eat will stick with you and undo all your hard work. Hope that helps :) much love and be strong Jxxx
