Shit

I passed out. And had to eat. Somewhat a lot. This trip is going to end in 5 days so I think I will just eat "normally" (a.k.a. as a pig) for the next 5 days and deal with it as soon as I come back home.

Do you guys agree with it? Do you have any suggestions? Tips?

  1. Hmmm. I would maybe not eat so normally/ pig-like just because it's going to be super depressing if you undo all the hard work you put it. I would just eat small meals/ snacks throughout the day; it's supposed to be better for your metabolism as well as the fact that it won't stretch your stomach out. So when you do return, it won't be so hard to restrict because your stomach won't be used to eating normal amounts of food. Annnnd it won't be super depressing that you fucked up, you'll still have some positive motivation! Stick with salads that have low/ no fat. Or go for grilled chicken or fish. They are pretty filling so that should help the hunger and weakness. You can still lose, or at least maintain, the weight you've lost if you choose healthy options with portion control. I think that its a better idea to eat throughout the day anyways - you must be using a lot of energy walking around and what not. Good luck, I'll be cheering for you (:

  3. Be like, super healthy. Fruit is great, since it's got a good ammount of natural sugar, so it should keep you from fainting. But you have to eat something more than that, of course.
I'd strive for 1200 or something like that a day.

    Good luck with it all!
    Stay strong!
