I am looking at them right now honey, and I think it is working. I am sure that I didn't go over 400 cals today... maybe I didn't even get too over 300... but still I feel so fat! If you look on the next post you'll see what I ate.
Just in general: eat slowwwlllyyy, chew tiny bites a million times before swallowing, drink lots of water in between bites, measure out single servings ahead of time so that you won't eat more than you should, never eat in the kitchen where you can just grab more of whatever you're eating
I'm already a smoker, (i don't know if you are) but if i have two cigarettes, I feel a little queasy, so I don't eat. I also distract myself with cleaning, cause when my hands smell like bleach and cleaning liquids, I don't want to eat anything cause that's all I'll smell when I take a bite.
