So... I found out that tea actually has calories in it. Not many, like from 2-5, but still. I feel completely misled! Guess yesterday wasn't a zero cal day after all! Neither will today be, since I've already drunk tea. Damn it!

It's not horrible. Don't stress it. I'm sure you burned them all off just typing about it. :)
ReplyDeleteYou shouldn't quit tea. Hot drinks make you feel fuller, and those 2-5 calories per cup. Come on, you burn the of just by lifting the glass!
ReplyDeleteA water-only diet is extremely hard. Don't give up the tea if it helps you. It's better consuming those few calories, than binging 'cause a water-fast's just too hard :)
